No merchandise may be returned without prior Return Authorization. All items that are not defective are subject to a 15 % restocking fee and return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the sender. Items must include all original packaging with all supplied accessories and be in new re-saleable condition. All requests for returns will be considered within 15 days of original purchase date.
